Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PROVE IT (the "App"), provided by Atos Falcon ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PROVE IT is a habit tracking mobile application that lets you record daily habits, sync running data from Strava, block distracting apps on your device, and participate in community features with friends. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PROVE IT. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the right to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or let someone else use it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

PROVE IT offers an optional paid tier ("PROVE IT Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) according to the terms displayed at purchase. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal mechanics are controlled by the respective store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's store settings. We do not have access to your payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Abuse the community features (harassment, spam, impersonation)
• Submit false data designed to manipulate streaks or leaderboards
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (habit names, identity statements, broadcasts). By posting content in community features visible to other users, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content to the relevant audience for as long as you keep it published.

7. Third-party services

The App integrates with Strava, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, and Expo Push Notification Service. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

8. App Blocker disclaimer (Android)

The App Blocker feature uses Android's Accessibility Services to monitor and limit access to other applications on your device, subject to your explicit consent. You can disable this feature at any time from the App or from Android system settings. The blocker is intended to support self-discipline and does not provide any security or anti-malware guarantees.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, design, and all underlying code are the property of Atos Falcon and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license to use the App on your own devices.

10. Disclaimer

PROVE IT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any specific result for your habits or fitness goals.

PROVE IT is not a medical, health, or fitness advice tool. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account (see Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
