Delete your account

You can request deletion of your PROVE IT account at any time. Once we process the request, your account and the data described below will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to request deletion

Send an email to atosfalcon@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to the app.

Use the subject line:

Delete my PROVE IT account

That's it. We'll confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What's kept (and why)

To comply with legal and accounting obligations, we retain a minimal record of subscription transactions (Google Play / App Store receipts and timestamps) for the period required by tax law in our jurisdiction (typically up to 7 years). This record does not include any personal data that can identify you after deletion — only anonymized transaction identifiers issued by the app stores.

We do not retain any of the habit, fitness, or community data described above.

Strava data

Deleting your PROVE IT account removes the copy of your Strava activities that we stored on our servers. It does not delete the activities from your Strava account itself — those stay with Strava and are controlled directly by you via the Strava app or website.

If you also want to revoke PROVE IT's access to your Strava account, do it from Strava Settings → My Apps.

Timeline

  1. You send the request (email or form above).
  2. We confirm receipt within 72 hours.
  3. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
  4. We send a final confirmation email once your data has been removed.
